Exceptions/ Damages and issues
1. Product must be reported immediately upon receiving if it was damaged through transit. Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving or will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. A 48 hour return policy goes into affect once you receive product or products.
2. You receive the wrong product. If you have received the wrong order you have a 48 hour time frame to report the issue by email only. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is the wrong item. A 48 hour return policy goes into affect once you receive product or products. You will still be issued your original order or store credit once item is accepted. Please do not intercept the returning item once in transit. Also if wrong item received exceeds amount of item ordered it is your duty to return product or email us within 48 hours or you may not possibly be allowed to return as a returning customer. And will not be issued a store credit or chance to exchange item(s). Return must be acceptable upon inspection. If it is not acceptable (used, worn or not in its original packaging) you will be notified of findings.
To start a return on damaged or defective item(s): you can contact us at smiklemarie@gmail.com If items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the brand new state in which it was shipped, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase/ receipt. Store credits only. Follow the same directions if you need a return started on receiving the wrong item(s).
Once your order has been intercepted by USPS it is no longer our responsibility on how long it take through transit or if it is lost or stolen through transit. You must follow up with USPS and have your tracking number available. We are no longer responsible or held liable once item says delivered by USPS.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you'll be issued a store credit or issued the correct order and a new tracking number if necessary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please remember it can take some time for a replacement order if products aren't in stock. If products not in stock you could be issued a store credit.
